Patient Xu from Medical Oncology Department-Division I presented with a tumor compressing the ureter and bilateral renal pelvis and calyceal dilatation. Bilateral nephrostomy tubes were previously placed at an external hospital. To improve the patient's quality of life, a bilateral Double-J stent placement procedure was performed. During the procedure, imaging revealed bilateral ureteral narrowing at the intravesical segment. With the guidance of a guidewire and catheter, bilateral Double-J stents were successfully implanted, and the external drainage tubes were removed.
