The Northern Forest Center is a regional innovation and investment partner creating bold possibilities that give rise to vibrant Northern Forest communities. Since 1997, we have contributed ideas, support, and expertise to people strengthening economic opportunity and environmental resiliency across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. The Center's co-created programs advance policies that connect economy, community, and the environment to accelerate inclusive prosperity. With the goal of enhancing the lives of people that love, rely on, or benefit from a healthy Northern Forest, the Center delivers innovative strategies in community revitalization, automated wood heat, wood products innovation, Community Forests, destination development, and regional advocacy.
