Mission
Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation was registered as a not-for-profit organization in April 2008 with a core focus to serve, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate the patients suffering from cancer. The Trustees also envisaged a great need to focus on prevention of cancer through cancer awareness initiatives and research both in community environment and also in the laboratories.
Consequently, Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre was designed to have nearly 300 beds with state-of-the-art facilities built in a compassionate environment.
