Mission
18Loop deploys Virtual Reality (VR) to help children with cancer tolerate treatment, recover and thrive. We are currently conducting joint research with the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO) on the impact of our VR on pediatric oncology patients in and out of the hospital. 91% of research participants report improved mood and better hospital stays while using our VR. Our first research cohort was funded by Servier Pharmaceuticals. In 2022, 18Loop will conduct research in children's cancer centers, with a focus on quantitative data gathering. We will also promote technology advocacy and progress toward proprietary software development.
