Mission

Team Chappy Foundation is committed to helping find a cure for childhood cancer through research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Cancer Center. Team Chappy was started by Leah Chapman (14) who lost her battle to a rare childhood cancer. Leah inspired us to continue to fight for a cure and help other patients during their treatments. Through our Bring A Smile campaign we support hospitalized patients at CHOP and families in our community that need our assistance. Together we will create a future without childhood cancer
