ECAN envisions a world where nobody has to die of Esophageal Cancer.
ECAN's mission is to save lives by:
1. Stressing the crucial link between Heartburn and Esophageal Cancer (EC);
2. Fostering prevention and early detection among those at risk;
3. Supporting medical research into prevention, early detection, treatment and a cure; and,
4. Connecting patients and caregivers with resources for information, encouragement and compassionate support.
