Mission

The Cancer Journeys Foundation (CJF) provides the knowledge, support, and community that cancer survivors need to develop and implement cancer survivorship plans and cancer survivor journey maps. The Cancer Journeys Foundation provides a comprehensive digital information center for cancer survivors, their families, and caregivers. The Foundation also operates an award-nominated prostate cancer early detection system, free to everyone at ProstateTracker.org. In 2018 we added support for disabled veterans through our Disabled Veteran Empowerment Network program. The US Veterans Administration reports that it adds 40,000 veteran cancer survivors to its rolls every year, and 3% of all cancer survivors living in the US are veterans. We are proud to be able to provide much-needed support.
